Strength training should be a part of everyone’s health and fitness routine. The benefits of strength training include

Strength plans are created specially for you, based on your available equipment, time and goals. Plans are delivered by an app that makes it easy to understand and follow. I am always available for questions.

Are you looking for strength/resistance training guidance?

Great option for those who don’t need (or want) full custom accountability coaching, but want to follow a personalized strength training plan.


  • Plans are written around your available time to commit
  • Customized around your equipment/limitation/experience etc.
  • No Equipment options/suggestions for use during travel
  • Strength plan edited every 6 weeks
  • 30 minute phone call every 6 weeks to review/discuss
  • Two-way communication (via notes/messaging encouraged to make sure you get the most out of your training
Workouts will be loaded to your personal account after we discuss YOUR personal situation.

The key to seeing strength gains is consistency.  The workouts will be varied enough that you will not be bored, but you will also see consistency so can get into a routine and challenge your body to adapt and get stronger.

$145 per month.
+ One time $36 set-up fee

What equipment do I need?

Not much! You can do a lot with a little. I prefer all clients to have a stability ball. After that we can work with dumbbells, bands, or kettlebells. We can also start out with NO equipment if that is where you are at.

Do I have to use an App?

Yes and No! You will have to create an account and your workouts will be loaded into the App. BUT it is also very easy to print the workouts, and you can follow along on old-fashioned paper.

Do I need past experience with weight lifting?

No! You would be surprised with how much you can achieve with simple, controlled and purposeful moments.

Am I locked into a contract?

No! Definitely not. I am an advocate for lifting year round. If you feel you have learned enough to continue on your way, GREAT.
