Natalie lives in beautiful Evergreen, Colorado and works with clients locally and remotely all over the world. High Road Coaching was founded to fuel Natalie’s passion of helping people achieve their health, fitness and life goals.
Natalie has been a student of health and fitness and athlete her whole life, initially competing basketball, netball and running competitively in her home country of Australia. At the age of 18, an athletic scholarship prompted her to pack her bags and move to the other side of the world in the pursuit of basketball, xc running and an education.
College, basketball and running are now long in the review mirror, but the discipline and training learned as NCAA athlete helped shape Natalie into who she is today. Upon graduation from University and after 22 years of not being kind to her knees, she swapped competitive running for mountain biking to fuel her competitive spirit and delay the inevitable knee replacement. Natalie races in Colorado for Yeti Beti and often teams her husband Sean in the coed DUO category.
Natalie enjoys the challenge of helping individuals who may feel health, fitness and happiness is out of their reach, as well as laying the groundwork for lifelong sustainable change. Helping people get a ‘hot body’, is certainly an option, but empowering people feel good about themselves, lower their health risk for disease, and prepare our ever aging/changing bodies is what fuels her fire.
Natalie has a Bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Denver, an MBA from Illinois State, is a certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA.COM), a Health Coach (ACEfitness.org) a USA-Cycling Level 3 Coach and a Certified Silver Sneakers instructor. Natalie is also a Professional Mediator in the front range and high country of Colorado (ElevationMediation.com).
